Chapter 9 Summary
Zack's Dad had a surprise for him. Zack hoped it was a Nebulon Bike but when he opened the box he was surprised to see his old dog Luna. Luna was very excited to see him. Drake had never seen a real dog before so he was confused. He had only ever seen a picture of a dog once in a book. Zack's dad offered both him and Drake a chocolate bar from back home on earth. Drake said "Yumzers" That was what the people on Nebulon say when something tastes really really really good. Zacks mom announced that she would open a boutique to sell earth clothes to the people of Nebulon. Zack also received a call from his best friend back on earth, he missed earth but he told Bert that he would also like living on Nebulon.

Chapter 8 Summary
When school was out Zack's mom came with the car to get him and his sisters. He introduced his mom and sisters to his new friend Drake. He also told his mom of their plans to ride bikes later. When Drake came to the house to pick up Zack, he was riding a bike but not like the one Zack had. It had no wheels and hovered just above the ground. They took turns riding each others different bikes, and Zack wished for a hover bike.

December 22

Chapter 7 Summary
Zack was sitting in his desk at school and he did not know how to turn on his screen to see the lesson. The boy beside him said "tap the center of the screen". It worked he was able to see the lesson. They studied about History of Nebulon, math and science. Then the lunch bell rang, they got on a space bus to go to the cafeteria. Zack sat with the boy from class who helped him out. His name was Drake Taylor. They both ordered lunch and got to know eachother. They learned that they both liked riding bikes and agreed to do that after school. Drake explained that when Nebulite kids are happy they say Yipee Wah Wah.

December 21

Chapter 6 Summary
Zack went to bed after dinner but tossed and turned and worried about school, he wished Bert were there, his best friend back on earth. In the morning Ira woke him up, Zack asked Ira to play him his favorite song to wake him every morning. Then he took a shower, got dressed, had breakfast and got into the car to go to school. His mom told the car Sprockets Academy and off they were. When they got there they were met by the principal Mr. Spudnik and Zack and his sisters were told which class would be theirs. Zack met his teacher Ms. Rudolph who told him she had moved there from earth a year ago. Zack was then introduced to his classmates.

Chapter 5 Summary
Zack and his sisters got on the elevator and were taken to their new bedrooms. Zack's room was very cool, it was mostly green which is his favorite color. Zack saw a large screen in front of him that read Hello Zack and then all of a sudden it cleared to show him a view of space and all the stars. Then he wondered where his bed was. Ira answered him and the ceiling opened up and a bed came down from above. Zack thought it was cool that he did not have to make  his bed everyday. Zack was then called by his mom on an intercom and told to come and eat dinner. He was able to order whatever he wanted and Ira would make it for him. He ordered a pizza and it was so good. His mom told him tomorrow he would start school at Sprockets Academy. He was worried again as he remembered his nightmare earlier.

Chapter 4 Summary
The car brought the family to their new home. It was shiny white. The dad asked everyone if they wanted a tour of the house. Okay they all said. He told them to step into a small room which turned out was an elevator. The elevator closed and then started to move sideways. They got off in the kitchen, and were greeted by a voice. Zack's Dad told them the voice was Ira which was short for Indoor Robotic Assistant. His dad asked if he was thirsty and asked Ira for a Spudsy Melonade. It was delicious! Zack thought maybe this move would not be so bad afterall.

Chapter 3 Summary
Their space cruiser landed on Nebulon and an odd looking man named Fred came to greet them. He held his hand up with his palm facing out, then moved it in a circle in front of his face. He explained that this was how Nebulites shake hands. Fred told them it was time to pick out a car and head to their new home. He brought them to a building where they could find a car, but all they saw was tall shelves filled with small boxes in different colors. Zack picked a green one and his dad pushed a button on top of the box and instantly it turned into a cool green car. They got in and his dad told the car the address they wanted and the car drove itself there!

December 17

Chapter 2 Summary
Zack was in the space cruiser traveling to his new home on Nebulon. He fell asleep and had a bad dream about his new school. All of his classmates looked like monsters, and slimy creatures with dripping tentacles, the teacher was a two headed snake. He freaked out and ran across the street, he saw a pizza shop and was glad. He ordered a full pie and when he got it, it was covered in slithering worms, and insects. And topped with extra moldy cheese. Then he tried to call his best friend on Earth and his hyperphone said it could not connect to earth. His mom woke him up and told him he must have been dreaming, but now they were arriving at Nebulon.

Chapter 1 Summary
Zack Nelson is moving with his family from planet Earth to a planet called Nebulon. Zack is traveling with his mom Shelly, his dad Otto, and his twin sisters Charlotte and Cathy. Zack is sad to leave his home and his best friend Bert, he aslo had to leave behind his dog Luna. Luna will be able to come to Nebulon as soon as the family is settled, but Zack is still sad.

Chapter 5 and 6 Summary
Harold and George got into some mischief and started sabotaging all the children's inventions. Except for Melvin's invention which they didn't touch. The Invention Convention started with Mr. Krupp telling everyone not to worry, that the convention would not be a catastrophe like last years. All the inventions were ruined by Harold and George. The convention had to be cancelled. The principal did not understand who could have done this, since he locked George and Harold in study hall all day! Melvin stepped forward to tell him what happened.

Chapter 4 Summary
That evening they snuck into the school and crept into the gymnasium. Someone was still there, it was the school brainiac
Melvin Sneedly. Melvin thought the boys were there to mess with everyone's inventions. The boys promised not to mess with his invention if he promised not to tell anyone that they were there. Melvin showed the boys his invention the PATSY 2000. It was made out of an old photocopier and he could take a picture of something and turn it into a real object, he demonstrated with a picture of a mouse. It worked! A mouse crawled out the side door of the PATSY 2000 and onto the floor. The boys thought it was a trick and walked away laughing.

Chapter 3 Summary
George and Harold thought about the last years Invention Convention, George and Harold had announced that they had invented something that would keep the audience all slued to their seats. They called it glue. The principal got angry and said " you didn't invent glue. He stood up and his chair came up with him, slowly all the teachers stood up and their chairs came up to. The students laughed until they realized their seats might have been glued to. They were!!! This year the principle told Harold and George that they were banned from entering the competition. They were even told they could not even attend.

Uncle Donald sends his nephews to go out and work. The first one, Huey goes to the city, the second one, Dewey goes to the country and the third one, Louie goes to the woods. Huey receives a  magic table but it gets stolen by the Innkeeper at the Old Inn. Dewey receives a Magic Donkey but it also gets stolen by the Innkeeper at the Old Inn. Louie receives a magic stick and then uses it to get back the stolen objects for his brothers. Now they live with all the food and money they ever wanted.

We're Going On Bear Hunt

December 9

This family decided to go on a bear hunt. They went through the grass, through the river, through the mud, through the forest, through the snowstorm and into the cave. And then........they ran straight into a BEAR!!!!! AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHH. They freaked out ran out of the cave, ran through the snowstorm, ran through the forest, ran through the mud, ran through the river, back through the grass and got back home. When they ran upstairs they realized the door was left open and the bear was coming through the gate and to the house. They ran back down the stairs and shut the door a.s.a.p.
Then went straight to the bedroom and hid under the blankets. The dad said " we're not going to go on a bear hunt again. The bottom picture shows the sad bear going back to the cave all alone.

December 8 

This book is about a puppy named Stan. Stan did not know how to write a card to Mr. Slippers the principal. He was nervous and scared to tell the teacher that he was having trouble. At recess another student asked Stan why he was sad. Stan told him that he was to embarrassed to ask for help, he thought that everyone was going to laugh at him. Jack told him not to cry and ask for help. Stan asked for help and nobody laughed. There was even another student that needed help to. The teacher helped them with their writing by using a sand table, paint, and chalk. They made their cards and gave them to Mr Slippers.
